I have already written 26 mails including LIC and psgupport the incident took place on 21/Aug/2017 when i applied for cancellation of LIC term plan applied.
The refund was initiated on 24/Aug/2017 and it’s been 26 days and i haven’t received my refund into my account the transaction id is JPMP5600895814.
As a proof i have already provided my bank statement from the day from which deduction was made.
At first they asked for transaction id i provided it.
Then they asked for bank statement as a proof i provided it
Now they are saying to mail to my bank(PNB) to provide in writing that they haven’t received the amount.
Please it has already been one month approx refund my amount without any further delay.
