How to install boinc-client-nvidia-cuda on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install boinc-client-nvidia-cuda

Installing boinc-client-nvidia-cuda package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install boinc-client-nvidia-cuda

Uninstall boinc-client-nvidia-cuda

To remove just boinc-client-nvidia-cuda package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove boinc-client-nvidia-cuda

Uninstall boinc-client-nvidia-cuda and it’s dependent packages

To remove the boinc-client-nvidia-cuda package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove boinc-client-nvidia-cuda

Purging boinc-client-nvidia-cuda

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of boinc-client-nvidia-cuda from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge boinc-client-nvidia-cuda

To delete configuration and/or data files of boinc-client-nvidia-cuda and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove boinc-client-nvidia-cuda
