How to install dpt-i2o-raidutils on Debian Unstable (Sid)

Install dpt-i2o-raidutils

Installing dpt-i2o-raidutils package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install dpt-i2o-raidutils

Uninstall dpt-i2o-raidutils

To remove just dpt-i2o-raidutils package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove dpt-i2o-raidutils

Uninstall dpt-i2o-raidutils and it’s dependent packages

To remove the dpt-i2o-raidutils package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dpt-i2o-raidutils

Purging dpt-i2o-raidutils

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of dpt-i2o-raidutils from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge dpt-i2o-raidutils

To delete configuration and/or data files of dpt-i2o-raidutils and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dpt-i2o-raidutils
