How to install gnome-video-arcade on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install gnome-video-arcade

Installing gnome-video-arcade package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gnome-video-arcade

Uninstall gnome-video-arcade

To remove just gnome-video-arcade package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove gnome-video-arcade

Uninstall gnome-video-arcade and it’s dependent packages

To remove the gnome-video-arcade package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gnome-video-arcade

Purging gnome-video-arcade

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of gnome-video-arcade from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge gnome-video-arcade

To delete configuration and/or data files of gnome-video-arcade and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gnome-video-arcade
