How to install libpnetcdf0d on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install libpnetcdf0d

Installing libpnetcdf0d package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libpnetcdf0d

Uninstall libpnetcdf0d

To remove just libpnetcdf0d package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove libpnetcdf0d

Uninstall libpnetcdf0d and it’s dependent packages

To remove the libpnetcdf0d package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libpnetcdf0d

Purging libpnetcdf0d

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of libpnetcdf0d from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge libpnetcdf0d

To delete configuration and/or data files of libpnetcdf0d and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libpnetcdf0d
