How to install node-log4js on Debian Unstable (Sid)

Install node-log4js

Installing node-log4js package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install node-log4js

Uninstall node-log4js

To remove just node-log4js package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove node-log4js

Uninstall node-log4js and it’s dependent packages

To remove the node-log4js package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-log4js

Purging node-log4js

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of node-log4js from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge node-log4js

To delete configuration and/or data files of node-log4js and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-log4js
