How to install node-normalize-git-url on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install node-normalize-git-url

Installing node-normalize-git-url package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install node-normalize-git-url

Uninstall node-normalize-git-url

To remove just node-normalize-git-url package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove node-normalize-git-url

Uninstall node-normalize-git-url and it’s dependent packages

To remove the node-normalize-git-url package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-normalize-git-url

Purging node-normalize-git-url

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of node-normalize-git-url from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge node-normalize-git-url

To delete configuration and/or data files of node-normalize-git-url and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-normalize-git-url
