How to install nodm on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install nodm

Installing nodm package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nodm

nodm package information

distro Debian Unstable (Sid)
section Main
name nodm
version 0.12-1
description automatic display manager
subsection misc
maintainer Debian FreeSmartphone.Org Team

Uninstall nodm

To remove just nodm package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove nodm

Uninstall nodm and it’s dependent packages

To remove the nodm package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove nodm

Purging nodm

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of nodm from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge nodm

To delete configuration and/or data files of nodm and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove nodm
