How to install nova-cert on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install nova-cert

Installing nova-cert package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nova-cert

nova-cert package information

distro Debian Unstable (Sid)

name nova-cert
version 2:13.0.0-2
description OpenStack Compute – certificate manager

website openstack.org / software / openstack-compute / 
maintainer PKG OpenStack

Uninstall nova-cert

To remove just nova-cert package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove nova-cert

Uninstall nova-cert and it’s dependent packages

To remove the nova-cert package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove nova-cert

Purging nova-cert

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of nova-cert from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge nova-cert

To delete configuration and/or data files of nova-cert and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove nova-cert
