How to install openssh-blacklist-extra on Debian Unstable (Sid)

Install openssh-blacklist-extra

Installing openssh-blacklist-extra package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install openssh-blacklist-extra

Uninstall openssh-blacklist-extra

To remove just openssh-blacklist-extra package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove openssh-blacklist-extra

Uninstall openssh-blacklist-extra and it’s dependent packages

To remove the openssh-blacklist-extra package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove openssh-blacklist-extra

Purging openssh-blacklist-extra

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of openssh-blacklist-extra from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge openssh-blacklist-extra

To delete configuration and/or data files of openssh-blacklist-extra and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove openssh-blacklist-extra
