How to install openstack-cloud-identity on Debian Unstable (Sid)

Install openstack-cloud-identity

Installing openstack-cloud-identity package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install openstack-cloud-identity

Uninstall openstack-cloud-identity

To remove just openstack-cloud-identity package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove openstack-cloud-identity

Uninstall openstack-cloud-identity and it’s dependent packages

To remove the openstack-cloud-identity package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove openstack-cloud-identity

Purging openstack-cloud-identity

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of openstack-cloud-identity from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge openstack-cloud-identity

To delete configuration and/or data files of openstack-cloud-identity and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove openstack-cloud-identity
