How to install openstack-debian-images on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install openstack-debian-images

Installing openstack-debian-images package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install openstack-debian-images

Uninstall openstack-debian-images

To remove just openstack-debian-images package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove openstack-debian-images

Uninstall openstack-debian-images and it’s dependent packages

To remove the openstack-debian-images package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove openstack-debian-images

Purging openstack-debian-images

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of openstack-debian-images from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge openstack-debian-images

To delete configuration and/or data files of openstack-debian-images and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove openstack-debian-images
