How to install php-mdb2-driver-mysql on Debian Unstable (Sid)

Install php-mdb2-driver-mysql

Installing php-mdb2-driver-mysql package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

To remove just php-mdb2-driver-mysql package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove php-mdb2-driver-mysql

Uninstall php-mdb2-driver-mysql and it’s dependent packages

To remove the php-mdb2-driver-mysql package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove php-mdb2-driver-mysql

Purging php-mdb2-driver-mysql

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of php-mdb2-driver-mysql from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge php-mdb2-driver-mysql

To delete configuration and/or data files of php-mdb2-driver-mysql and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove php-mdb2-driver-mysql
