How to install png23d on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install png23d

Installing png23d package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install png23d

Uninstall png23d

To remove just png23d package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove png23d

Uninstall png23d and it’s dependent packages

To remove the png23d package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove png23d

Purging png23d

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of png23d from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge png23d

To delete configuration and/or data files of png23d and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove png23d
