How to install postgresql-9.5-plproxy on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install postgresql-9.5-plproxy

Installing postgresql-9.5-plproxy package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install postgresql-9.5-plproxy

Uninstall postgresql-9.5-plproxy

To remove just postgresql-9.5-plproxy package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove postgresql-9.5-plproxy

Uninstall postgresql-9.5-plproxy and it’s dependent packages

To remove the postgresql-9.5-plproxy package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove postgresql-9.5-plproxy

Purging postgresql-9.5-plproxy

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of postgresql-9.5-plproxy from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge postgresql-9.5-plproxy

To delete configuration and/or data files of postgresql-9.5-plproxy and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove postgresql-9.5-plproxy
