How to install pure-ftpd-postgresql on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install pure-ftpd-postgresql

Installing pure-ftpd-postgresql package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install pure-ftpd-postgresql

Uninstall pure-ftpd-postgresql

To remove just pure-ftpd-postgresql package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove pure-ftpd-postgresql

Uninstall pure-ftpd-postgresql and it’s dependent packages

To remove the pure-ftpd-postgresql package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove pure-ftpd-postgresql

Purging pure-ftpd-postgresql

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of pure-ftpd-postgresql from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge pure-ftpd-postgresql

To delete configuration and/or data files of pure-ftpd-postgresql and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove pure-ftpd-postgresql
