How to install s3curl on Debian Unstable (Sid)

Install s3curl

Installing s3curl package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install s3curl

Uninstall s3curl

To remove just s3curl package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove s3curl

Uninstall s3curl and it’s dependent packages

To remove the s3curl package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove s3curl

Purging s3curl

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of s3curl from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge s3curl

To delete configuration and/or data files of s3curl and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove s3curl
