How to install scalapack-test-common on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install scalapack-test-common

Installing scalapack-test-common package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install scalapack-test-common

Uninstall scalapack-test-common

To remove just scalapack-test-common package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove scalapack-test-common

Uninstall scalapack-test-common and it’s dependent packages

To remove the scalapack-test-common package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove scalapack-test-common

Purging scalapack-test-common

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of scalapack-test-common from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge scalapack-test-common

To delete configuration and/or data files of scalapack-test-common and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove scalapack-test-common
