How to install scim-modules-table on Debian Unstable (Sid)

Install scim-modules-table

Installing scim-modules-table package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install scim-modules-table

Uninstall scim-modules-table

To remove just scim-modules-table package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove scim-modules-table

Uninstall scim-modules-table and it’s dependent packages

To remove the scim-modules-table package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove scim-modules-table

Purging scim-modules-table

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of scim-modules-table from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge scim-modules-table

To delete configuration and/or data files of scim-modules-table and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove scim-modules-table
