How to install shush on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install shush

Installing shush package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install shush

shush package information

distro Debian Unstable (Sid)
section Main
name shush
version 1.2.3-4
description runs a command and optionally reports its output by mail
subsection admin
website web.taranis.org / shush / 
maintainer Dario Minnucci

Uninstall shush

To remove just shush package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove shush

Uninstall shush and it’s dependent packages

To remove the shush package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove shush

Purging shush

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of shush from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge shush

To delete configuration and/or data files of shush and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove shush
