How to install super on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install super

Installing super package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install super

super package information

distro Debian Unstable (Sid)
section Main
name super
version 3.30.0-7+b1
description Execute commands setuid root
subsection admin
website ftp.ucolick.org / pub / users / will / 
maintainer Robert Luberda

Uninstall super

To remove just super package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove super

Uninstall super and it’s dependent packages

To remove the super package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove super

Purging super

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of super from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge super

To delete configuration and/or data files of super and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove super
