How to install systemd-journal-remote on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install systemd-journal-remote

Installing systemd-journal-remote package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

Uninstall systemd-journal-remote

To remove just systemd-journal-remote package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove systemd-journal-remote

Uninstall systemd-journal-remote and it’s dependent packages

To remove the systemd-journal-remote package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove systemd-journal-remote

Purging systemd-journal-remote

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of systemd-journal-remote from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge systemd-journal-remote

To delete configuration and/or data files of systemd-journal-remote and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove systemd-journal-remote
