How to install t1-cyrillic on Debian Unstable (Sid)

Install t1-cyrillic

Installing t1-cyrillic package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install t1-cyrillic

Uninstall t1-cyrillic

To remove just t1-cyrillic package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove t1-cyrillic

Uninstall t1-cyrillic and it’s dependent packages

To remove the t1-cyrillic package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove t1-cyrillic

Purging t1-cyrillic

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of t1-cyrillic from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge t1-cyrillic

To delete configuration and/or data files of t1-cyrillic and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove t1-cyrillic
