How to install tcm on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install tcm

Installing tcm package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install tcm

tcm package information

distro Debian Unstable (Sid)
section Main
name tcm
version 2.20+TSQD-4.4+b1
description Toolkit for Conceptual Modeling (TCM)
subsection graphics
maintainer Otavio Salvador

Uninstall tcm

To remove just tcm package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove tcm

Uninstall tcm and it’s dependent packages

To remove the tcm package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcm

Purging tcm

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of tcm from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge tcm

To delete configuration and/or data files of tcm and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcm
