How to install txt2man on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install txt2man

Installing txt2man package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install txt2man

Uninstall txt2man

To remove just txt2man package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove txt2man

Uninstall txt2man and it’s dependent packages

To remove the txt2man package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove txt2man

Purging txt2man

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of txt2man from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge txt2man

To delete configuration and/or data files of txt2man and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove txt2man
