How to install win32-loader on Debian Unstable (Sid)


Install win32-loader

Installing win32-loader package on Debian Unstable (Sid) is as easy as running the following command on terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install win32-loader

win32-loader package information

distro Debian Unstable (Sid)

name win32-loader
version 0.7.14
description Debian-Installer loader for win32
subsection utils
maintainer Debian Install System Team

Uninstall win32-loader

To remove just win32-loader package itself from Debian Unstable (Sid) execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove win32-loader

Uninstall win32-loader and it’s dependent packages

To remove the win32-loader package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed from Debian Sid.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove win32-loader

Purging win32-loader

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of win32-loader from Debian Sid then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge win32-loader

To delete configuration and/or data files of win32-loader and it’s dependencies from Debian Sid then execute:

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove win32-loader
